I’m constantly being asked who I am currently listening to. Well, that list changes daily. Literally.
I think a better question is what songs I am currently loving… After all, the industry is changing from an Album market to a Single-Song market, but that’s for an entirely different conversation.
This is a song that I can’t stop singing. It’s been my heart’s prayer – that I would be consumed. My thoughts, my actions, my words, that they’d be wrecked by what God wants for me and my life. I am getting this phrase tattooed on me from this song someday – “Let Justice and Praise become my embrace.”
Justice and Praise… legit. I want to someday start or become a major leader in a non-profit organization and use my ‘platform’ to be a major activist in Social Justice, but once again – that’s for an entirely different conversation.
