John Tibbs is a gifted songwriter who has traveled the country leading people in worship with his energetic anthems and intimate spirit.
John is currently serving as the Crossroads Worship Leader at Madison Park Church of God in Anderson, Indiana, just north of Indianapolis where he oversees worship for three separate worship services weekly including Jr. High, Sr. High, and adult ages.
“These songs are about how big God truly is, and yet he wants to be apart of the minute, day-to-day aspects of our lives,” says John. “My hope is that these songs would be sung in churches all over the world, that people all over would encounter God through these songs.”
“I have no interest in getting on stage and putting on a concert,” he says.
“I don’t want it to be about ‘John Tibbs.’ I want it to be about the greatness of God and how He is active in our lives.”
John released his first record in June of 2010 entitled ‘Origins.’ The debut project found itself on the Top 40 on the iTunes Christian/Gospel Album Chart.
In the past year, John has also entered into a partnership with both TOMS shoes and XXX Church. John has already accomplished great things in the first twenty years of his life and is excited about the future.
