The accuracy of God’s faithfulness is absolutely absurd.

The accuracy of God’s faithfulness is absolutely absurd.  And for that, I am thankful.

There have been a lot of things happening in my life lately that have been a direct result of having faith.  I’ve been led to make decisions that don’t quite make sense on paper – they don’t add up.  I’ve been challenged to invest my resources in ways that create anxiety for my controlling self.

But can I just say that God is good?

In every way, he continues to provide.  I’m not speaking in regards to simply financial means.  In every way – in my relationships, with my time, with my contentment and joy, God continues to give.  And he doesn’t just provide.  He gives more than I could ever imagine.

I think God’s economy is different than ours.  I think God’s economy is based much more on our heart and our attitude then we’d care to admit.  So, I’m choosing to spend every day following the voice of Christ rather than a common sense book of the rules of life.  I’m so excited to continue relying on the providence of God.

You’ve probably seen me say this online a lot lately: God already won. It’s been close to my heart, and I can tell it’s been resonating with yours. Whatever situation you are facing today, have faith, trust God, walk boldly.

Because it’s true, God already won.

How about you?

How is God speaking to you? Or better yet, how are you listening?

amen! Have trouble walking boldly all the time, and always question myself. Hope to have more faith in god, and not cover up my insecurities with ego

John, I love this post. I struggle with my walk with Him on a daily basis. I don’t know if it has to do with life in general, my job where I am on of a few of the faithful so things that go on at work sometimes make me doubt my faith, or society who still has animosity towards faithful Christians is evident all the time. What I do know is that when I sit quietly, reflect on my faith and love for God, read my bible and have long intelligent talks with my friends and family I come right back to where I know I belong….walking with Him.

I love your boldness in speaking out for Christ John!! I pray alot for God to help me be more courageous and bolder in speaking out His Truth. I can tell you as an older person, I can look back over my life and assure you that God was looking out for me even when I wasn’t living for Him or took time for Him. He has kept me from making horrible mistakes sometimes and other times He has allowed me to suffer the consequences of bad choices. He has worked miracles in my life that I never thought possible He has taken my heart of stone and turned it into a heart of flesh!!!; and I love Him dearly for having such saving faith in me and not giving up on me!!!! God loves to hear our prayers — PRAY, PRAY PRAY always!!!
