Did you make sure all of the images used were their own and not from the internet. You might not be able to use it if credit isn’t given

    • John

      Yep! Thanks for checking tho!

  • Chris

All a bit cheesy, but (4) is best.

    • John

      Thanks Chris!

  • DAN

Good luck deciding. They’re all so good I’m not even going to vote! Seriously…

    • John

      Haha, that’s awesome.

  • Marcus Mota

4 is the best of the world!!! Xain Lain

    • John

      Right on, thanks Marcus!

  • Gene

I like #4. Communicates Run Wild

    • John

      Thanks Gene!

  • Stephen Bradley

5 as top vote, and 4 as second. 5 Looks the most professional I’d say.

    • John

      Thanks Stephen!

1 with 4′s grunge treatment (no border). Keep orange.

    • John

      Thanks Chris!

  • Myles

if the text was bigger in #5 i think that one is best. otherwise #4

    • John

      Thanks Myles!

I had one of the images picked out, then I read your last blog post “No More Apathy” and I changed my mind and voted for #4. To me the imagery of 4 looks like the horses are coming out of this foggy, unknown, maybe confusing or dark place and they are busting out into an open pasture of light. That just seems to match what you were talking about. Coming out of a fog of apathy and complacency and moving into a place of light and worship. Thats my 2 cents.

    • John

Thanks, Dan. I like your 2 cents, hah. Really appreciate it!

These are so great! I love them all, but for some reason I just really love #3. I know a lot of people like #4, but I just don’t connect with horses. LOL

    • John

      I get that. Thanks, Kelly!!

  • LMG

#3 reminds me of the golden streets of heaven that you want to run through/on :)
I believe the brown lettering of your slogan blends well with the Golden wheat yet neither the lettering nor the scenery is distracting from one another. :)

    • John

      Nice observation!

  • shadefox

    2! Amazing colours, and climate!

    • John

      Thanks!

HI from Camp Sharon days last summer – I like #4 – but they all look great – can’t go wrong with any of them! Happy Choosing! :)

    • John

Thanks, Jill. I hope you’re doing well!

  • Terri

I like 4′s photo the best but do not like how the logo looks on it. It should be above the horses.
Over all 3 looks the best together.

    • John

      Thanks Terri!

  • Katie

    1!

    • John

      Thanks!

  • Jesse Eckel

    Four but they’re all awesome.

    • John

      I agree – they’re all awesome.

  • Pam

#3 – It just looks peaceful and calming – love you John – Pam

    • John

      Thanks Pam!

  • Jonathan

3 or 4 are SAW WEEET!

    • john

      Thanks, bro.

  • Angela

    #1!

    • John

      Thanks!

  • Jenny

ok, 1 is too cold. 2 and 3 are best, 4 is too country cowboy/western, 5 looks too much like something out of an Alaskan cruise brochure. Out of 2 and 3, I like 3 best. The image of the field reminds me of a wheat field ripe for harvest, it is a wide open expanse with plenty or room to “run” in, and the light coming through the clouds and shining on the “wheat” is comforting. The picture reminds me of how He shines on all of us and makes us beautiful. His light runs through us, over us, and in us. We, the “wheat”, not the “chaff.”

    • John

      Thanks Jenny!

    #2 rules.

    • John

Jon helped that one make it!

  • vasjan

Visualy, 1st fits very well (contrast) but i have to agree with Jenny, it’s a bit cold for the title and concept. 4 is a bit obvious but got nice colours and texture and the typo fits well by popping out. Now 3 got vibration on it, visualy and symbolically, ‘single’ like…if it only could have the title in white and no circle…ohhh would be perfect to me. Vote 3!

    • John

      Thanks Vasjan!

  • Hobie Simmons

I really enjoy 4; it fits best for the concept. Props to all. They are all truly fantastic!

    • John

      Thanks Hobie!

    1.

    • John

      Thanks Nathan!

  • Herby

I like it, thank you, that I can Join the voting. I voted for 4 (the running Wild Horses) But it was not easy to decide, 1 is also good or 2 ,… But the 4 was more “along the Title”, so I voted for that

    • John

      Thanks!

  • http://twitter.com/ceejaynweke C.J. Nweke

Visually, the best are 2 and 3. 2 because the sunlight says “This is the morning of my life. I can run FREE!” and 3 because it literally gives me the feeling of running wild in a field. I really love 3. However, I think that 3 should have kept its text as white, and it would be a serious contender.
    However, who takes the cake?

    4 does.
Excellent execution, nice use of the instagram type filters, and much thought was put into it – hiding some of the text behind the horses. Knowing how John gave the text to work with (sidebar: John! ;( – you made it hard by giving us a png picture of the text!….lol), you really made it work. The borders definitely helped. 4 has my vote.

    • John

      Right on, thanks CJ!

  • http://www.gentleshepcurr.com/ Diane Hurst

The design with the horses fits in really well with the word “running.” The action in that one is great!

    • John

      Thanks Diane!

  • Blake Bishop

I really like number four because of the running imagery.

    • John

      Thanks, Blake!

  • Kyle Sheppard

    Between #2 #4

    • John

      Thanks Kyle!

  • Maria

#2 is my favorite. I also like #5

    • John

      Thanks Maria!!

  • Sam Ricardo

it’s hard choosing only one cuz all those are wonderful!
    but I choose one :D

    • John

      Thanks for your vote, Sam!

  • Tanner

#2 is the best it looks like it just really took the longest and also just looks like a really sick front cover of a CD!

    • John

      Thanks Tanner!

  • Lisa M

I agree with Blake #4 because of the imagery.

    • John

      Thanks, Lisa.

  • Deb Breeden

I like #3 because of the deeper coloration

    • John

Thanks Deb! I appreciate your time!

  • Danna

All of them are great but #2 is much better than the rest!!! Love the colors it’s GORGEOUS!!!!!

    • John

      Thanks Danna!

  • CV

#2 draws the eye of the viewer and really attracts the viewer to the great detail.

    • John

      Thanks CV!

  • Aubrey

    Definitely #2!

    • John

      Thanks Aubrey!

  • Noah

All of them look awesome but I think #2 outshines the rest of them. The light rays shining down on the words is sick!

    • John

Thanks Noah! I agree, they all look awesome.

  • Corey

    #2 is the best

    • John

      Thanks for the comment, Corey!

  • Jodi Buttram

I liked 5 and voted that way because I just like the vintage feel of the picture. They’re all great though =)

    • John

      Thanks Jodi!

  • Jolonda

I don’t know how to vote…but I say #3 matches the title the best. :)

    • John

      Thanks!

  • LewisChris94

#2 is the best the way the lights through the trees hit the words and it seems in style, and the others just seem to much like a western feel.

    • John

      Thanks, Lewis!

  • Derick

#4! though the photo on number 5 is really nice, all but #4 and maybe #1 paint too serene of a scene especially #2 & #3 – so my pick is #4 (albeit a bit literal) the large type and the photo capture best I think what the words ‘Run Wild in my soul’ is asking for. That the horses are still at a distance but in full stride seems to indicate the assurance of a favorable answer to the request – though it tarry—wait for it.

    • John

      Thanks Derick!

  • Talia Wille

they’re all soo good! but for me, number 4 really does ‘Run Wild’ – it gives a strong sense of running wild.

    • John

      Thanks Talia!

  • http://twitter.com/amazed05 Yasmin Gonzalez

I have to admit that it took me a second, but my eyes kept going back to number 4…I think that it will capture the attention of someone and make them want to pick up the album :)

    • John

Thanks Yasmin. Hope you’re doing well!

  • http://twitter.com/Benson859 Bennie White

    #2 is the best!

    • John

      Thanks bennie!

  • Sue

I like 2 and 4….I like the light shining through to your soul in 2. I agree with some of the other comments regarding the action of the horses in 4, but it feels a little western to me. My thought for an ideal cover would be 2 with rushing water/rapids, etc. But bottom line, I guess I go with #2.

  • Michelle

I went back and forth between 3&4, but I think 3. It’s about our Souls running free, not horses yet they are alll beautiful. I say 3!

  • Erika

#4 is my vote!!! It’s great!!!

  • Trey Rhoden

#4 is awesome! it sort of depicts a relentless pursuit which fits well with the album title!

  • Grace Stottlemyer

    #1 or #2
